[Bug 291447] www/apache24: "has more dependencies than the port requires"

They also changed the assignee from the original "apache@freebsd.org" to the
more generic-seeming "ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org". I don't know enough of the
details of the Bugzilla bug-assignment system to say it should be changed back
-- for example maybe it's standard practice after the initial triage, as
opposed to having been done specifically because it was believed not to be an
Apache problem -- but in any case, I don't seem to have the ability to change
it back anyway.

So, if it was changed specifically because it was believed to not be an Apache
problem, perhaps someone who has the ability to do so should change it back?
