previously i had added USES=go:1.24 to this makefile on @adamw's advice in this
PR: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=288932

since then he has contacted me privately to tell me this should "NEVER" happen
so i'm removing it

i also took the time to test building with 1.25 and hit no issues, so if this
was previously a blocker for aforementioned issue it is no longer

poudriere testport 13.5,14.3,15.0 ok
