LTS 22.21.1 node22 port

Here is proposed by me patch to LTS 22.21.1 version. 
It includes also support for building with python3.14 too.

On my environment it builds fine, but I didn't made extensive testing, only
know that Ghost CMS and pm2 are working with builded library.
