Remove dependency on japanese/p5-2chproxy

The bulletin board specifications have changed, so remove the dependency on
p5-2chproxy.
Add NO_ARCH=yes.
Remove the mona font from the default as AA is becoming obsolete.
Add a patch to accommodate the url change.

navi2ch is not exclusive to 2ch, and 5ch.net can be used if it is registered as
an external board.
