patch to restore lua-language-server
This is resurrecting a port that we used to have. In fact I cribbed the old
port to create this one.
I can't take credit for the fix which upstream has merged (that was @markj who
tracked it down AND gave us all a native inotify).
I don't have a stable/13 nor arm64 (but I hope to have a bhyve of that soon)
for testing. But it probably won't be until the new year that I have poudriere
+ arm64 ready to squash issues at a moments notice.
I won't be hurt if a more suitable maintainer is desired due to this but I'm
also happy to take my turn maintaining this port. Now that neovim doesn't need
mason we need more LSPs in ports.
