deskutils/py-khal 0.13.0

I've tried to update deskutils/py-khal to 0.13.0. Does this patch work for you?

Unfortunately the port doesn't build with the following lines in
pyproject.toml:
license = "MIT"
license-files = ["doc/source/license.rst"]

Maybe there is a better solution other than removing them.
