Having the actual license file is a common practice. I could also swap it to
that short version with an url to the full text.

Just realized that I'd still like to iterate this during the weekend and the
current patch shall be considered obsolete.

Java is a great choice for this, because it is just a fake server meant for
tests and the author seems to be experienced with it.
