I know this is not the default case. I put it in place.

There is still reason for Heimdal in base. Old Heimdal KDC will not convert to
MIT KDC without a fair amount of effort. This is because some TGTs encrypted
using ancient crypto are not supported by newer Heimdal or MIT. We need to
support both until this is resolved.
