The "unbound-blacklist-fetch-huge.sh" script is not part from the unbound port.
I als have never heard about it.

The "/etc/rc.d/unbound config test" is also not part of the unbound port.

I cannot help you with these

I suspect that unbound-checkconf is call twice with different configuration
files.
