Can we have an update of port devel/commitizen at least to the last release in
the major 3 line, 3.31.1? We have some Python projects checking for commitizen
>= 3.29.0, and they fail to work.

I checked with with commitizen 3.31.1 and most of the ports I installed
alongside Python and it seems to work, so I'd be thankful if we could bump the
version at least towards 3.31.1 if there are no other major issues. Thanks in
advance.
