This is a Dual-API Certificate Transparency (CT) log server (in Rust)
supporting the Certificate Transparency API (RFC 6962) and the Static CT API
(C2SP draft).  The application's author says this implementation is a work in
progress, and while the CT functionality works, it should not be yet used in
production.
