A slightly newer CURRENT does not panic anymore when building LLVM 19.

It also look like the list of ports that Tools/scripts/bump_portrevision.pl
bumps is too large, because the new libyuv port failed to fetch (bofh.vip was
down at that moment), so poudriere skipped 648 ports but still had another 800
or so ports to build. Those latter ports cannot depend on libyuv, unless I'm
missing something?
