Seems like you forgot to set respective flag on the patch, so I'm setting it
with this comment.

The only thing I did myself is moving libpfctl to option. Everything else --
just did what portclippy told me to. :-)

But what do you think of general options/depends rework (which I didn't start,
just thinking about yet)? battery, cpufreq and likely some other plugins
without external dependencies are not being built. Also, PROMETHEUS adds deps
on both protobuf/protobuf-c, however README list those deps for seemingly
unrelated things.
