portmaster log on amd64

Scenario:
- FreeBSD stable/14 (amd64 and i386)
- ports latest
- Upgrading ports using portmaster
- Checking library dependencies after upgrade

Result:
- cups-filters must be rebuilt because the qpdf library dependency has changed

Expected result:
- cups-filters should have been bumped so that it gets rebuilt

Scenario (continued):
- Manually rebuild print/cups-filters using portmaster

Result:
- The build fails on both amd64 and i386 (logs attached)

Expected result:
- The build should succeed.
