Update to latest version.

Also:
* Restructure version and build numbering to use three digit version, to
conform to upstream version numbering.
* Refactor Makefile to remove lint found by portclippy, and refactor patches to
remove lint found by portlint.
* Align USES macros and BUILD_DEPS to ease node version maintenance. There is
no need to implement USES=nodejs, since there is already a build dependency on
npm-node.
* Shift openssl to USES macro. Currently, onlyoffice-documentserver is the ONLY
port in the entire tree to have a direct dependency on openssl, rather than the
USES ssl macro.
