Thank you for your comments.

- portlint and portclippy. Done. Originally only relied on suggestions made by
poudriere.

- MASTER_SITES is more verbose but okay. Done.

- LICENSE_FILE. Done.

- JPEG library, static linked for now. The CMake script
(cmakescripts/FindTurboJPEG.cmake) would need to be patched to avoid this. This
is probably something that should be addressed upstream.

- Remove JPEG_PORT. Done.

- USE_XORG=xshmfence. Done.

- CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE removed.

Diff patch file uploaded.
