kea configure error

thanks for uploading the patch, I am now getting an error at configure stage:
src/share/api/meson.build:1:7: ERROR: Command
`/wrkdirs/usr/ports/net/kea/work/kea-3.0.0/scripts/grabber.py
/wrkdirs/usr/ports/net/kea/work/kea-3.0.0/src/share/api '[a-z]*.json'` failed
with status 127.
