net/cloudflared: update to 2025.8.0

Update net/cloudflared to 2025.8.0

Changes:
- Bump to 2025.8.0
- Refresh distinfo / adjust Makefile
- Add FreeBSD-specific collectors (network/system), build tags

QA:
- portlint -AC: OK
- make patch/build/stage-qa: OK on 14.2-RELEASE amd64
