Log of a failing build

I disabled MANPAGES for ocl-icd to break out of a dependency loop when building
with poudriere (imlib2 libheif ffmpeg ocl-icd xmlto w3m), but doing so
apparently leaves the build in a half-complete state where if DOCS /is/ still
set then the installation fails with a missing file (see the attached log). 
This isn't a critical failure since simply disabling DOCS as well allows
everything to complete smoothly, and it's not like I'm ever going to look at
the docs for this package anyway, but it still seems like something that should
probably be fixed.
