In commit ports b3cfd4f7da4133ba5a5d73a5fb28c27bf52249b6, net/bctoolbox was
changed to no longer install a shared library.  This broke dependent port
net/linphone.

Please restore installing a shared library or fix the broken reverse
dependencies.
