patch for py-adns

Here are the changes made to the port

1. Updated the version from 1.4 to 1.6

2. Fixed the makefile to use GitHub

3. Removed postpatch as this is no longer needed

4. Added post-install to strip .so file (fixes stage-qa warning)

Ran the port on both 14.2 and 14.3.

Portlint says okay
