patch for purple-googlechat

Here are the following changes made to the port

1. Updated the version from g20231026 to
nightly-3d07c3a2463ca7dd47fa89b2ce9f8ffb762b320b

2. Updated PORTVERSION to DISTVERSION

3. Added licence files directory

4. Took maintanership of the port

Ran the port on both 14.2 and 14.3.

Portlint says okay
