This tracks 0.2.8 released upstream. This version adds "sudoedit" and I've
added that command using "${LN} -s" since the relative symlinks are
straightforward (and I've seen other ports use that as well).

The patch to enable builds on 32-bit x86 should no longer be necessary (it
builds cleanly without when I tried it)
