net-im/py-matrix-synapse: Update to 1.135.0

This patch updates net-im/py-matrix-synapse to the latest upstream version
(1.135.0). From a ports perspective, this is a mere version bump with minor
dependency updates. Most notably, we do no longer need to patch the
pyproject.toml, as upstream has bumped the poetry requirements.

The port passes the testsuite as usual:

Ran 4258 tests in 166.411s 
PASSED (skips=167, successes=4091)

The resulting package has been tested on my server and seems well-behaved. :)
