Patches MAINTAINER in Makefile to my EMail Address

I would like to adopt sysutils/slurm-wlm as its new maintainer.
I use Slurm regularly and am familiar with building, testing,
and applying patches on FreeBSD. I am willing to keep this port
up to date and respond to bug reports.
I attached the patch-file for MAINTAINER in Makefile.
