The patch for devel/tree-sitter-cli

> CLI tool for developing, testing, and using Tree-sitter parsers
I have added a new port under devel/tree-sitter-cli based on 15.0-CURRENT. It
currently trips up portlint as /usr/ports is using 2025Q1 (?) rather than
2025Q3 but this would otherwise return no warnings.

portlint:
> WARN: Makefile: no port directory /usr/ports/www/node24 found, even though it is listed in RUN_DEPENDS.
> 0 fatal errors and 1 warning found.
poudriere (14.3-RELEASE):
Currently building both Rust and Node.js (and I am planning on heading to bed
as it is approaching 4 AM BST) but I will update if it completes or fails.
