New port: devel/py-super-collections

I'm a maintainer of x11/wezterm port, and upstream wezterm now uses several
dependencies which are not available in the FreeBSD ports tree.

This is the one of the ports which are missing - I'm going to be its
maintainer.

As to the port itself: it is a Python library to instantly convert JSON and
YAML files into objects with attributes, without the need to create specific
classes.
