Most notable enhancements:

Adds a new tool hfstar to convert HFS+ volumes directly to tar and other
archive file formats.
Adds an hfsfuse mount option to treat symlinks as regular files, in order to
view their extended attributes on systems that don't support xattrs on
symlinks.
Fixes a memory leak when listing xattrs.
Substantially improved performance for directory listing.
Improved compatibility with upstream NetBSD kernel builds.
Adds an AUTHORS file to release builds and improves the top-level COPYING
notice.
Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
