patch for update to 1.4.11

Patch is attached.

Upstream forgot to update the CMakeLists.txt again and it announces an
incorrect version.
I have fixed again adding a patch.

While at it, update the MAINTAINER contact as it is my outdated address.

Test-built with poudriere on 14.2-RELEASE-p3 amd64 on latest.
