Mox 0.0.14

The attached patch updates mail/mox to version 0.0.14.

Is this port already usable? How are we supposed to run mox on FreeBSD? There
is no dedicated user (e.g. mox) created during install and there is no rc
script. Do we have to setup mac_portacl(4)?
