Update to 1.7
Remove WRKSRC as its now the default of PKGNAME-PKGVERSION
Remove webserver.conf replace by banshee which is the backend to the php
scripts
Update WWW's
Update Master site

Passes all tests as per:
make stage && make check-plist && make stage-qa && make package
