- "portlint -AC" warns:
WARN: Makefile: "LICENSE_COMB" has to appear earlier.
WARN: Makefile: "LICENSE_FILE" has to appear earlier.
Looks like a bug in portlint.
- "portclippy Makefile" is happy.
- "portfmt -D Makefile" is happy.
- Tested with:
FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE-p2
