Hey Gerald,

I've tested wine-devel-mono 10 and it works great. I checked it out and it
seems it's just an msi. After I installed the package I did:

WINEPREFIX=$HOME/prefix/someprefix wine
/usr/local/share/wine/mono//usr/local/share/wine/mono/wine-mono-10.0.0-x86.msi

and it installed. Doing a WINEPREFIX=$HOME/prefix/someprefix wine uninstaller,
showed that 10.0.0 was installed. I ran my Cactus program and it opened up fine
and functioned properly.
