net-mgmt/mysqld_exporter patch to 0.17.2

I emailed the maintainer a while ago to ask if there was news of an update
coming soon; not heard back so far.

My ports-fu is really bad, but thought I'd try updating this one. Apologies in
advance for the mistakes I'm bound to have made :s
