I started ttyd with default options and these processes are running:
> # ps ax | grep ttyd
> 86850  -  Is        0:00.00 daemon: ttyd[86851] (daemon)
> 86851  -  S         0:00.03 /usr/local/bin/ttyd --interface msk0 --port 1444 /bin/sh

When the browser connects to this port it displays a black screen, a dollar
sign with a cursor next to it, and nothing else.

Expected behavior: it should print the "login:" message.
