build-depends on npmNODEJS_DEFAULT

Hello,

Relaxing net-im/signal-desktop build dependency for npm to allow
${NODEJS_DEFAULT} works fine here.
This helps avoiding npm install conflicts for automated build runs.

Please find attached the proposed patch.
