The new port

New port mail/p5-Sendmail-PMilter

The original Sendmail::Milter (mail/p5-Sendmail-Milter) is not really
maintained, there's more up to date module Sendmail::PMilter

I run into this dependency when tried to use latest version of
bogofilter-milter: https://stuff.mit.edu/~jik/software/bogofilter-milter/
