Thanks for patch.
Why do you change $mailer?
I think don't have to introduce FIXPREFIX variable, you can use SHEBANG_FILES
in for-loop or remove the for-loop and @${REINPLACE_CMD} ... ${SHEBANG_FILES}.
You don't need "-i ''" in REINPLACE_CMD.
The *.tlb files don't have shebang so don't need shebangfix them.
Please fix/clean up MASTER_SITES and WWW.
