patches /usr/ports/finance/Makefile to remove outdated reference to
frontaccounting24

Commit b14dd28, which renamed finance/frontaccounting24 to
finance/frontaccounting and updated the port to a much newer version, left an
outdated reference to the old portname in finance/Makefile; this breaks the
Ports tree for synth users (and possibly poudriere users as well).

This line needs to be removed from finance/Makefile in the Ports tree:

SUBDIR += frontaccounting24
