update to 10.9.11

Hi,

Here is a patch for jellyfin 10.9.11, it becomes critical to have the update as
the Android TV app complain that its next upgrade will require this version.

It is a quick upgrade, for my use case it works, but I may have a "limited"
usage of jellyfin.
