This was also suggested in bug 282436, but I'd expect some fallout, so please
perform an exp-run with LLVM_DEFAULT set to 18.

(I would even like to do try setting it to 19 since that is currently the most
recent stable version from upstream, but maybe it is better to file a separate
request? Please let me know)
