Hello Yuri,

misc/usd still depends on old devel/tbb port.

Newer versions of usd seem to support oneTbb (see:
https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/OpenUSD/commit/9010646b9f1b49edabc7c59b9a917b9e513ef162
present since v24.08).

Could you update the port to depend on devel/onetbb instead of devel/tbb please
?
