With an exp-run refused, what else is needed for a decision to be made on this
PR?  mat@ said that I should test that "make index" works (it does) and I also
did a poudriere-bulk dry run, which succeeded.

Please reach a decision on whether portmgr approves of the patch set from
attachment #254635.
