Hi,

I've noticed a new version of kea is available. I've created an update do 2.7.4

I was also pushed to do this because recently 2.6.1 started dumping core on my
RPi3 (aarm64), compiled via poudriere using qemu emulation.

This new version includes some patches and is not crashing anymore.

DO you think you can approve this patch?
