git patch

Hi all, 

find in the attached git-patch the update to the latest version of
step-certificates 0.26.0. (https://github.com/smallstep/certificates)
Additionally, I fixed an issue with the rc-script and mentioned this in
pkg-message.
I tested successfully with my local poudriere.
