patch to remove %%RUNDIR%% in dns/knot-resolver/pkg-plist
User might have dropped priviledges while starting kresd. Thus
file permissions are crucial in the entire RUNDIR tree.
Setting permissions, uid, and guid of RUNDIR in pkg-plist will be
scrutinized after an port upgrade or forced re-installiation of the
port.
kresd will create RUNDIR on a vanilla system anyway and will set
permissions correctly
