devel/libvirt, libvirt-10.1.0.

It seems, that this port is not creating a mandatory directory for vm guest
configuration files at

/usr/local/etc/libvirt/bhyve

so the stairsways to success are way too steep.

Creating this directory manually mitigates the likelyhood of virt-manager
failures.
