If there are no breaking changes, perhaps this could be updated?

-LIB_DEPENDS=   libpcre.so:devel/pcre
+LIB_DEPENDS=   libpcre.so:devel/pcre2


It seems to have to happen sooner or later and would cut down on the nags.
