Ocaml-ssl provides %%OCAML_SITELIBDIR%%/stublibs/dllssl_stubs.so instead of
what I believe ought to be OCAML_LIBDIR/stublibs. As the former directory isn't
added to the default ld.conf of OCaml, the package is currently unusable as-is.
