Update Makefile and distinfo

The attached patch fixes Makefile and distinfo, but regrettably the existing
files/patch-Makefile does not apply to the existing Makefile in the
distribution, and I'm not sure how to deal with it. 
(files/patch-yt__dlp_update.py is fine.)
